10 ways how to workout and stay fit in busy college life
Life is too busy for everyone right now.Like you have to get up at 6 every morning,take a bath,do breakfast,go to work,come back home,have rest then snacks and dinner with family and then sleep.Whoa! But where is that most important part of the day? When are you working out for your body?
But How should i make my schedule so that i don't have to miss any of my daily schedule and still get the desired results for getting a proper good health and a good body shape?These are the questions that you might have in your mind right now.But don't worry,in this blog i will be telling you how to make that ideal schedule and workout in that span of time.But let me tell you first,I am not a gym trainer or coach:the contents i am sharing is solely on the basis of my experience and how i managed the same problem being a doctor.
and that's the reply we give to our body,"Aah!I will do that from tomorrow.I promise"
Can you find what tomorrow is.Neither can I because that tomorrow never comes.We are then gaining that weight everyday(if you are in a kind of sitting job unlike me who have to travel miles in the hospital everyday),being unhealthy and finally looking ugly and tired every time.

So lets get started i will be first telling you how you can extract the time from your schedule to make one for your own self rather than running around without taking care of your own self
1.Shorten that time of rest
When you come back home from work,school or college,don't take those long naps in the name of rest.Rest doesn't include watching television with a remote in the hand or scrolling through the social media for 1 or 2 long hours.By rest i mean go to bed lie there and either take a nap or just lie on the bed and calm yourself.Rather than doing it for 1 or 2 hours just squeeze it to half an hour and completely devote this time to rest with your phone switched off and eyes closed.The time you get now can be used for workout.You can do various types of exercises about which i will be telling you in my next blog.
2.Get up early in the morning
This is the best mantra to get a balanced life.To get a happy and peaceful life,experts say that we should get up one or two hours earlier before we start our day with usual schedule.this time can be used for self improvement,attaining peace and soothing our mind.Hey!Why not use this time for that workout.Yeah you got me right.This is the best time of day where you can either do some exercises or go for a walk in a park in some fresh air or do a meditation and get the beginning of the day right following which our whole day will be amazing and full of positivity
3.Stop using that lift
In this busy era where everyone is looking for a comfort zone,be a rule breaker.Don't use the lift ever when you reach your work or college and prefer the stairs if you are seriously dedicated to get fit and smart.remember you have a busy schedule and you need to make most of the time available.So love those stairs as they are making you better not just tired or making you look uncool.(if you think so!)
4.That lunch break
So you are done with half of your day,and thank god that time has arrived.That favourite part of the day everyone is eagerly waiting for during the working hours is THE LUNCH BREAK..So you have get 1 hour,you ate your lunch in 15 mins or already ate it before the break even started and now you have 45 mins or more and you are thinking of wasting it either by just sitting ideally or scrolling through social media or continuing with your work which you have to start after the lunch break.Don't let this time go and make the most of it.Leave that chair and move out and go for a walk,a jog or a run and plenty of other exercises which you can easily do in an office suit which I will be telling about in my next blog.
5.Drop the idea of going in a car
If you are serious and committed to get a proper fitness and a good health and mind.You can drop the idea of going in a car to your office,school or college and take a bicycle instead.You can go on a bicycle which can be your vehicle as well as your workout partner
6.Use that TV commercial time
If you are at home watching that favourite television show which you can not afford to miss but you are also worried about your workout.Then don't worry, you don't need top miss that show.Make some space between your sofa and TV.Sit on the stability ball to strengthen your core muscles,take some dumbbells or do some lunges,(for detailed list,check out my next blog).
7.Workout on weekends
If you regret not doing enough of workout in the entire week,you can compensate by working hard on the weekends.Approx.60 mins workout will work.Of course weekends are not just days to waste your entire time.
8.Outside the gym
If you are out there in grocery store standing in queue waiting for billing or in a cinema hall waiting for movie ticket,you can still workout there,practice some lunges,light squats,toe raises there too.
This modification in your daily life will not just help you to stay fit but will make you feel more motivated,inspired and positive after you accomplish your workout and give you a sense of satisfaction(also due to release of endorphins though!).

9.Take it as fun part
Workout should not be a part of your day which you HAVE TO DO rather it should be like LOVE TO DO.Make that time a fun time by doing it along with your favourite workout buddy or at a place you like or or by any sports you like to play.If you are doing something do it with fun not because you are bound to do it.10.Make it a part of your Routine
Every time we feel busy and there is lack of time,the first thing to be omitted from our daily schedule is our workout.But i ask why?Why workout?Why not sleeping or eating?It should be as important as any of your other daily essential activity.Make it a part of your schedule and stick to it no matter what.This modification in your daily life will not just help you to stay fit but will make you feel more motivated,inspired and positive after you accomplish your workout and give you a sense of satisfaction(also due to release of endorphins though!).
