What is a Care Budget and why you need to make it?

Caution:Read it till the end it can change your life to a great extent.


Its like 1:04 am and I am still awake. My mind is just taking me to all those places from where I took hard to heal and recover.We all have emotions and we want just someone to listen to all of them.I ,being a kind of introvert person(by introvert here I mean being a person who is not comfortable in sharing his own emotions),bottled up a lot of things in my mind without sharing it to anyone and carrying that burden everywhere I went.But eventually time made me learn everything about how to ignore and heal from all that shit that happens in your life and drags you back from achieving your goals.I won't be saying about all those boring and unrealistic books ,quotes and all that stuff about always being positive in your life and ignoring all that shit that happens in your life and just ignoring it and moving forward.Sometimes our life is really messy  and shitty and we can't just ignore  what's happening in our life and just move on.Right?



Life is not a fairytale and we can't just be positive all the time.I mean,yeah,you should be positive and start inculcating positive thoughts because that how our subconscious mind brings us the results.But at some points of our life ,we can't just ignore those negative and self esteem lowering emotions.
Here how you should manage in that situation

MAKE A CARE BUDGET

#Just sit down.On the basis of which things can lead to self inprovement and finally to a successful life.Make a list of things and then arrange it like 

  • Most important
  • Important
  • Least important



If the thing you are caring about is in none of those categories that means you are not motivated enough to achieve your listed goals.
If you can't prepare well a  care budget and is still caring about those things which aren't even on your list then you need to work baby.I guess you want to achieve all of those goals.Don't you?So that's how you can do it.

Make a list of those non important things which you are caring about right now.Things which are responsible for messing with your head.Compare it with the list of important things you made and just analyse if the former is careworthy
Just swallow,ignore the thing you are caring about right now which is completely non careworthy and start engaging yourself in things you should actually care about.
Every time that shit that disturbs you make a come back to your mind just try the above steps  again.Yoh can keep the list as your wallpaper too so that whenever you unlock your phone you know what are the things you should care about and what not.You can even paste it in your room. The motive is just to remind that you have much more strength than the things that are messing your life up and you can definitely overcome it.Just believe in time and most importantly in your strength.
In the end it's not about others it's about You.Its not about anyone else .It's about you.Disappoint the world,Just give care to careworthy things and you can achieve anything you want.


And most importantly just chill man.This is the one and only life you got.Dont stress over by thinking about useless stuff that ain't gonna matter after like 10 years from now.
It's your life and you have the complete control over it.
